Messages sent through this form regarding orders or issues with our official website and/or web store on R5Rocks.com will not be answered as we are unable to provide assistance with them.
Due to the band’s increasingly busy schedule, we can no longer accept special requests for items, including getting them signed by the band. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.
NOTICE: If you received an email saying your item was relisted due to nonpayment. Please DISREGARD the message. As long as you received a confirmation of payment email from PayPal you are okay and your item was NOT relisted. This is a continuous glitch in our system in which we are still working on a fix for.
